According to a Dow Jones report, Korean SK Telecom and German broadcasting equipment provider T-Systems, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, have signed an agreement on September 11 to jointly tap the mobile TV market in Asia and Europe. Under the agreement, the two companies also agreed to collaborate on developing mobile digital broadcasting technologies, covering both Korea's DMB (Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) technology and Europe's DVB-H (Digital Video Broadcasting-Handheld) technology.
